noobaa pods crashing using ocp version 4.15.x #1350

Environment info

NooBaa Operator Version: VERSION
Platform: Kubernetes 1.14.1 | minikube 1.1.1 | OpenShift 4.1 | other: specify

Actual behavior

if optional flag force_md5_etag is not defined, then the pod will go into crashLoopBackOff running on openshift channel 4.15

Expected behavior

pods do not go into crashLoopBackOff

Steps to reproduce

Attempt a cp4s install on a cluster with ocp version 4.15.x
