Make a sweep account for accepting donations

Tyler suggested we make a "sweep account" that is separate from our normal bank account, and use that as a catch-all for incoming donations.

Then, set it up to transfer that money periodically to our main checking account.

This can be very useful for giving out an ACH number when people need it to donate large amounts to Noisebridge, without risking our accounts that hold lots of money.
