Provide ARM-based macOS builds #84

It would be great if there would be nightlies for ARM-based Macs.
According to https://docs.github.com/en/actions/using-github-hosted-runners/about-github-hosted-runners/about-github-hosted-runners#supported-runners-and-hardware-resources, M1 macs are now available in the free tier.
