Docker Image for 0.54.6

The latest release is 0.54.6 but it looks like the most recent published docker image is only 0.54.5. If that can be updated that would be awesome!

I do see there's some recent Dockerfile work: #1915 as well, not sure if the docker release is waiting for those changes to be in a tag.
