Upon DataHUB sign-in from a new location I receive an email with subject "git.nfdi4plants.org sign-in from new location".

The names and logos in that email could be DataPANT-branded to avoid user confusions:

  • Email sender / Reply-To: GitLab -> DataHUB
  • Logos on top and bottom
  • color code

@Zerskk since you've been working on branding email, can you have a look at this and evaluate if/how this is possible?

these emails are not sent by keycloak but by gitlab. here a mail theme would have to be created separately for gitlab.

That's obvious, the question is: is it possible to edit/change the email template GitLab uses?
