allow sharing an ARC with password without login / user account

There's been a user request to allow sharing an ARC also with people that may not have a DataHUB login.
Is this possible?

Deploy keys and/or Deploy tokens can be used for that purpose, even though it was designed for automated processes and not users directly. Which one to use in that case largely depends on the wanted user's access rights.

Edit: Just read the other linked issue. Ok, so you want a reviewer to access the ARC through the DataHUB-UI then? I don't think that is possible for private ARCs.

I mean, we could alternatively do it "by hand":

• create a "reviewer user" with password
• invite user (reporter access, expiration date e.g. 8 weeks) to the ARC that needs revision
