openconnect-gui VPN in place of cisco for temporary students?

I've found openconnect on windows to work perfectly well for getting connected to the polymtl vpn. The instructions to access cisco anyconnect are password protected and this seems more difficult than it should be.

@kousu what are your thoughts about replacing the AnyConnect instructions with OpenConnect for infrequent users? We wouldn't be able to bug JS if it breaks, so I don't want to expect everyone on windows to use openconnect.
