Hi,
I would like to ask about license for some files.
Some of them state that:

See top-level LICENSE file for details.

Are they licensed under the BSD license mentioned in Copyright file?

Some of them state that:

For details, see sundials/cvodes/LICENSE.

or

For details, see sundials/shared/LICENSE.

But there is no LICENSE file anywhere.

Could you fix this?
