Summary or problem description
#3385 solves the original #2805 problem, but there is an extension to it in #2805 (comment). We can handle non-standard verification scripts in this way and it's already implemented in NeoGo. #3209 has some good test cases for this.

Do you have any solution you want to propose?
Implement the proposal from above and make non-standard verification scripts work.
