The description of the output format of the headers in the contig output fasta file is intelligible:

... and quote:

The definition line for contig has format Contig__ where is consecutive integers starting from one for numbering the contigs and is the average count of k-mers in the contig using minimal k-mer length used in the assembly.

There are multiple things missing here.
