Allow intellisense and autocomplete for mock json files in visual studio 2019 and vscode

Describe alternatives you've considered
None ATM

Additional context
Allow strict validation in mock files by allowing vscode and vstudio editors to mark fields and attributes as invalid.
Also, add autocomplete features to those files so a mock developer can get help from intellisense
