Activation Process

Recently activated de SSL Reseller program on my hosting account and wanted to know more about the activation process. I've setup the module, pricing and automation options, I also created a test account and placed a test order for one ComodoPossitive SSL.

I'm on the >> Client Area - My Products & Services - Product Details - Configure SSL Certificate >> section,

... and I'm not sure about the following steps where it requires the Server Information:

Web Server Type: What option to select?
CSR: Reseller has to create one manually, what is the process?

After this, I think the instructions are clear but I was wondering about this details. Thank you.
