Spring Ejection System

This kind of the ejection system uses the energy stored in the spring to eject the parachute of the rocket. It does not demand stringent requirement on the mechanical strength of the piston material ass in the case of the crimsom powder ejection mechanism.

paramaters to consider

  1. Frictional force between the fuselage and the nose cone
  2. the weight of the materials; nosecone, piston, parachute
  3. The torque requirement from the servo motor
  4. The mechanical materials of the interlocking material

Frictional force between the fuselage and the nose cone

the Young's modulus of the nose cone: PLA Young's Modulus =4.107GPa

$E=Stress/strain $ stress will help us to determine the stiffness that determines the frictional coefficient.
