部分设备（我的是联想yoga14s 2021）设置中文后，有些地方仍然会显示英文（比如右键菜单、部分设置项），通过修改 ~/.config/plasma-localerc 中的 zh_CN 为 zh_CN.UTF-8 可以解决。建议加到文档中
