Bullseye has Varnish 6.5.1 and libhiredis 0.14.1. The corresponding branch for libvmod-redis expects libhiredis 1.0.x which includes support for SSL/TLS which is not included in 0.14.1. Even though you can pass --disable-tls to configure one of the tests still fails and the package refuses to build via debuild.

The build completes with the changes in the bullseye branch of our fork of libvmod-redis.
