If there is more than one entry here, they currently appear on the same line, rather than on separate lines.
This doesn't happen frequently, but see for example https://medieval.bodleian.ox.ac.uk/catalog/manuscript_4352
Would it make a difference if the two <bibl> elements here were nested in a <listBibl>?
