Description

Task to track publishing the VPN resource center using Wagtail for en-US only. Translation will be handled in a later step.

Depends on a fix for #15349 before publishing.

Success Criteria

  • VPN RC content is published in Wagtail for en-US.

@stevejalim everything should now be in draft in the prod CMS. Let's sync on how / when to rollout as a next step.
