Cross-platform CSS scroll bars

Scroll bars in Windows browsers look pretty bad.
This can be addressed by CSS controlled cross-platform jQuery scroll bars:

One of these jQuery plugins could be used with Text and HTML cells to improve terrible default scroll bars such as these in Windows firefox:

I see what you mean but this feels to me like fixing peoples operating systems. Given the time left and our workload here i would leave this for the future ...
