Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Whenever I run moon upgrade I'd like version constraint be written back into .moon/workspace.yaml

Describe the solution you'd like

Provide an --update-constraint flag for upgrade command and have an option versionConstraintAutoupdate in in .moon/workpsace.yaml to auto update constraint on every upgrade.

Describe alternatives you've considered

None.
