Story Title

As a Mojaloop FRM rules developer, I want to develop a rule with additional bespoke scripting, so that I can create a complex rule that cannot be accommodated with the basic rules engine functionality

Acceptance criteria

  1. Given (context) and (more context) when (event) then (outcome) and (another outcome)...
