Story Title

As a Mojaloop FRM Operator rules developer, I want to develop or configure rules using a Visual Programming Language, so that I can build new rules fit for my environment without requiring expert development skills.

Acceptance criteria

  1. Given (context) and (more context) when (event) then (outcome) and (another outcome)...
