DA to review the beta release of vNext implementation

Request Details:

Deadline: Ideally the review should start immediately after the alpha version is released, so its findings can to be considered, where applicable, in the RC version.

Impact (Teams): The DA should take time to review. The vNext project team will be available for questions and clarifications.

Impact (Components): N/A

vNext is being implemented in full accordance to the official Mojaloop Reference Architecture. What is being asked to be reviewed is the code implementation and/or any divergences from the reference architecture.
