update handling of expiration time of tokens #151

Extended access tokens no longer exist (tokens last for an hour unless you exchange them for tokens that last 60 days).

I'm working on how to get the actual expiration time from Facebook and just thought I'd leave a note here to say so.

correction, some tokens that were issued long ago are still extended access tokens.
