Can I contribute a script to generate a more precise Cyber Analytic Comparison?

I started to use https://car.mitre.org/coverage/ for a project, but I noticed the coverage chart has not been recently updated, and that results were presented without regard to operating system. In my case, I needed to see technique coverage by OS, so I wrote a script to parse each of the four libraries and generate per-technique counts grouped by OS.

Is this something I could contribute to the CAR scripts folder?
