Faceted search with subcollections not faceted as expected

I've attempted to leverage the Subset Collection with Facets functionality on this branch of my project: https://github.com/atlantichabitatmodels/data/tree/subcollection-facets

The syntax looks correct, and I've tested locally & deployed to my GitHub pages repo with no success. Any help or suggestions is much appreciated!!

Hi @jocelynpender. Just seeing this. For some reason I forgot to send myself email alerts for issues on this repo. Your subsets look right on the surface, except for how many categories they have. Can you test with only one category if you're still doing this project?
