UITapGestureRecognizer conflict with other views #198

Such as Toolbar Item tap event and others.

Fix,change to :

- (BOOL)gestureRecognizer:(UIGestureRecognizer *)gestureRecognizer shouldReceiveTouch:(UITouch *)touch {
 if([gestureRecognizer isKindOfClass:[UITapGestureRecognizer class]]){
        if (self.menuState != MFSideMenuStateClosed) {
            return YES;
        }else{
            return NO; // fix TapGesture conflict with other views
        }
    }
....
}
