It would be great to keep ip address consistent for a container. Consider a docker image gets updated and an existing container should be re-deployed using the most recent (or specific tag). All other configurations should stay as they have been specified during initial creation

Any update on this please? Would also address my issue (see #25) if I could ensure that the IP address of the container group does not change on restart...

I got fedup with waiting for any progress on this and have build my own container that runs a cron job to extract the IP and update my DNS server.
