I feel that the title bar and the window frame drawn for the GUI apps looks quite old and inconsistent with the rest of the system UI.
There's no issue with the apps that come with their own titlebar like for eg: Nautilus. This is with the apps that draw their window frame from the OS.
Is it possible to hack and change it? If so, what would be a good starting point ? Can someone kindly elaborate on this?
