Disabling Anonymous Access for Azure Storage Accounts

Planetary Computer's STAC items reference assets within Azure Blob Storage and we provide direct access to the blobs through our SAS API. Some of our storage accounts allowed anonymous access to the blobs and we must disable this for security reasons. The following storage accounts had anonymous access enabled, significant anonymous access volume, and now do not allow anonymous access:

Soon after, we will apply the same change to the storage accounts hosting NOAA NODD data.
