Error when uploading data over 1GB

If I try to upload data larger than 1GB(within 2GB), an error will occur.

This error occured in save_log of zif_rest_framework~excute when excuting with binary data of larger than 1GB.
The trigger location for the runtime error was IF_HTTP_ENTITY~GET_CDATA, but is it strange that the process to read character data is excuted even though binary data is set?
