Automate Management Firewall Setup

If new firewall hardware is added to a partition one has to manually go into the webui and change the values.
Not only is this error prone, but also very inefficient.
The webui outputs its config to the /etc and /usr.
This issue will fix this by using ansible to automate the process and make the configuration of the firewalls easier and less error prone.
