Add download directory option and output file name option to Inline mode

Feature Description

Trying to use Mangal Inline mode in scripting, not being able to set the output path and names of the downloaded chapters is limiting the ability to create custom folder structure.
I though the --output option would do this, however, it just outputs the downloaded file location as a string to the file path specified.

Solution you would like

Output options for both directory and name of downloaded chapters. Potentially using templates similar to option in the config files.

Alternatives you have considered

Let Mangal download as default and move the downloaded file. Not ideal.
