[Feature Request]: Enable reliable mesh with enhanced store and send

Meshtastic is in desperate need of a way to reliably send messages, we have routers and repeaters that can use the store and send module but it wont work on the default channel, and is a nightmare to set up, I cannot get it working (yes I'm using the G2, and it has PSRAM)

The store and send module needs to be updated to be fully configurable with clear instructions, this is really important for the project as a whole or people will give up. I understand the bandwidth issues but most meshes are not large, and people really can't rely on the current implementation.
