der ARTE-Crawler in Develop ist veraltet. Er muss auf Basis der Master-Logiken neu entwickelt werden.

Folgende Probleme des Master-Crawlers sollen dabei nach Möglichkeit auch gelöst werden, die aufgrund des ARTE-RateLimitings entstehen:

Einzelbeiträge von Sendungen
Beiträge von ARTE.EN, ARTE.IT, ARTE.ES und ARTE.PL
