Add handler for bad internet connections in installer

Expected Behavior

hi, my internet is weak sometimes it cuts out, and the installation completely stops, even after reconnecting it doesn't continue,

Actual Behavior

I was wondering if it is possible to make it in some way that it picks up from the place it stopped, acknowledging the past existing files,

Steps to Reproduce

or putting a package or zip files is better for someone with my problem, I am attempting to install without flux and sdx models so probably will be ok,
