forecasts are off by 20 degrees or more #12

this just started happening today. If I remove the forecast library and contact forecast.io directly, I get the correct data back.

Can you test to see if the error is in the library, perhaps if a breaking
change was released, and submit a PR if you track something down?

I can hopefully dive in tonight otherwise.

I can try tomorrow, hopefully, but right now I'm working against a
deadline. I've just contacted the API directly for now.
