Terrain3D support for Adaptive Globe

This issue can be reproduced by enabling globe in the 3d terrain example, and changing the pitch.

It's also reproduced in this example PR, which has sat tiles too, but that part is irrelevant

When terrain is active, almost no layers adapt properly to the globe.
