I just ran:

phive update

and got the following output:

The PHAR is missing:
https://github.com/maglnet/ComposerRequireChecker/releases/tag/3.1.0

@OskarStark Sorry, I forgot to upload the new files since there were no code changes. I just uploaded the phar and signature files, so please check again.
