Luasec binary releases for Windows

I want to ask for LuaRocks binary releases. In specific the versions 0.5 and 0.6 as it would be useful.
Building on windows is annoying.

I would take care of building them if I would know how to put them onto rocks (and how to differentiate between Lua 5.1 5.2 and 5.3 on the release side)

Edit: removed LuaDist (I forgot it does not have binary releases)

I am not a hard user of luarocks, but we can talk about these version for Windows.
