Look in to earthly output on CI

Not sure if there's a way to fix this

But when a build fails, it's annoying scrolling through all of this to find what the failure is. It seems that Actions can't keep up with the scroll, so while watching it, I have to keep scrolling down.

I'm not sure we can fix this, but I can look into it. I just always scroll to the bottom with a keyboard shortcut to the error messages.
