Extend 'populate from database' in Bulk Data Entry

Bulk Data Entry screen already has a 'populate from database' function for filling the tables with data from the database. However, this is currently limited to a simple hierarchy search e.g. populate all elements of object 'x'. Extending this to a full database search with parameters would make this much more useful.
