Creation and Enrollment null values

When updating only one value (either days before creation or days before enrollment), if the other value is left blank, it reverts to "0" (zero) instead of remaining at the default value. I believe in 1.9, we forced them to update both fields. We either need to do that again or change it so that a null value in a field reverts to system default value for that field.
