Copy / Paste / Drop Image into WBO

It would be nice to be able to drop an image, like a map, onto the whiteboard, and then draw over it.

This would definitely be a good feature to have. Either as paste or upload, understandably this might be difficult dealing with a scalable image and then adding one that isn't, but either way would be extremely useful to add notes or draw details on something.

I have a WIP branch here that implements basic drop+drop for uploading. There are still a few outstanding TODOs but works pretty well so far: #287
