What version of Lightbox2 you are using?
v2.11.0

Which browsers and operating systems have you seen the issue on?
Safari on iOS 12.2

The commit 51efea4 causes a regression of the bug where the disableScrolling does not work on iOS. This was fixed in commit e7166c5 but commit 51efea4 effectively reverts these changes.
