Issue
Unfortunately, the BIOS of my not-so-new computer does not provide an option to turn off USB devices in standby mode.

This now causes my computer to wake up from standby when my USB mouse moves minimally because the desk it is on has wobbled slightly. That my desk wobbles happens quite often in my everyday work.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open System settings
  2. Click on the Power icon

Expected behaviour
A button to turn off USB devices during standby mode.

Other information
On the internet you can find many bash scripts to turn off all or only certain USB devices in standby mode. None of them worked for me.
