Configuration on windows

I tried to set up a package by Option 2 on Windows, but it didn't work.
I tried the following lines in package.json
"scripts": { "commit": "./node_modules/cz-customizable/standalone.js" },
but it said "." not recognized as an internal or external command...

I added node before the path to the script and it works.

Am i doing it right?
