remove directory /examples

This directory was part of Daniel's work with WINDOWS and part of his branch named windows.
This work had C++ drivers for lagrit replacing the fortran drivers working on a windows platform.
cmake solutions to c-fortran interfaces were developed on the windows branch and used for master.

The examples directory on master appears to be a residual from that branch.
Copy the cpp file examples to Manual under Interfacing with LaGriT
Example in LaGriT/pages/docs/build.html is fortran, add cpp.
