Call it something else?
Not sure what.
This with Peter Campbell's comment in LAMPS 120 chat.

Sophie suggested ECIES -- but I don't think that's quite right either since we are not doing the symmetric encryption + MAC step.

Personally, I think we should leave it as "DHKEM" -- I don't think 9180 should have a monopoly on this term.
