After node run
I get 'Couldn't find a project to run. Ensure a project exists in .\Server"

If you're run npm run build command, ensure that your arguments in run.js file has these parameters:

const` args = ['publish', 'server', '-o', 'build', '-c', config, '-f', 'netcoreapp1.1'];

It worked for me, but I'm using dotnet 1.0.0-rc4-004771 version.
