Create subcommands for mark

mark could have more features, if we'd use subcommands.

Describe the solution you'd like
Move everything under mark publish that's currently available from mark.

Add features like mark delete --space=FOO --page=BAR, mark clean --space=FOO, mark list, mark move, mark label and if possible, something like mark get which could translate the xml into markdown.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Create multiple binaries.
